Discovering our beautiful Vosges region also means enjoying the pleasures of good food and the flavours of its generous terroir. The creative cuisine of the restaurant at the Hôtel des Vosges plays a major part in this. It's a four-handed affair, with the chef, Jean-Michel, who has been practising his talent here since 1985 after training with Paul Bocuse, and his son Thibaud, who has been at his side since 2014. This highly complementary duo work together to bring you daring, harmonious creations.
Following the rhythm of seasons, their cuisine navigates between tradition and modernity, with Thibaud adding the gastronomic touch to an authentic and tasty cuisine. The originality of the traditional dishes that they revisit with imagination sublimates the beautiful local produce and the charm of grandmotherly recipes that are a pleasure to rediscover. 

Our cuisine is entirely ‘home-made’, masterfully prepared and perfectly executed, for you to enjoy with friends, colleagues or family at a business lunch, a romantic dinner or to celebrate a special event just 40 minutes from Mulhouse: birthday, christening, wedding...
These events can take place in one of our three function rooms. The largest, with a total capacity of 60 people, offers a pleasant panoramic view over the garden, while our two other, more intimate rooms can accommodate small groups of 10 to 20 people in complete privacy. During the day, weather permitting, our pleasant gardens can be used as a setting for your aperitif or cocktail buffet.
Our chefs will adapt to your needs and create a cuisine that will delight your guests' palates and leave them with memories they won't soon forget!
